Research on the relationship between ideological and political situation and media use of young medical staff in Shanghai public hospitals
Objective To investigate the ideological and political level of young medics,explore the relationship be-tween media usage habits and the ideological politics,and provide methods for public hospitals to use Internet media to carry out ideological and political work.Methods The method of network survey was adopted with self-made questionnaire,and analyze with the ANOVA method and Pearson's Correlation Coefficients.Results Young medics behave well in ideological politics,and the theoretical level should to be improved;the media use habits will impact on the theoretical level of ideological politics;the we-media affiliated to hospital can improve the level of ideological politics.Conclusion Innovate the learning form,strengthen the ideological and political theory training of young medical personnel under the leadership of the Party committee;Explore ideo-logical and political elements in medical practice to strengthen the connection between ideological and political theory and prac-tice;Play the role of organization and communication,establish the hospital we-media matrix.
