Objective To strengthen the hospital health management and improve the scientific research level through the platform of clinical research,standardize the clinical research work,and obtain the optimal performance of health manage-ment.Methods This paper adopts Delphi method to conduct investigation and research from the aspects of professionalism,atti-tude,economy,service and development of clinical research,and establishes the evaluation index system of health management of clinical research,including 6 evaluation indicators and evaluation rules.The actual situation data of clinical research is collect-ed by conducting questionnaire survey and expert interview among medical personnel.It provides a preliminary reference for clini-cal research and health management in county-level hospitals.Results The majority of health management evaluation indicators was established to support clinical research in county-level hospitals,and most medical personnel were optimistic about promoting clinical research in county-level hospitals,believing that clinical research was of great significance to the improvement and optimi-zation of hospital health management.Conclusion Clinical research is a very valuable research work,and it can also promote the national examination of public hospitals,which can help to realize the rapid and high-quality development of clinical research in hospitals.
