坚持党的全面领导是促进卫生健康事业高质量发展的基本前提.党建引领公立医院高质量发展是坚持公益性价值导向的必然要求、健全现代医院管理制度的重要基础、深化医药卫生体制改革的政治保障.江阴市人民医院以实践为基础,通过强化顶层设计、优化组织建设、强化人才工程、统筹战略发展等方面举措,促进党建工作与业务工作深度融合,探索党建引领县级公立医院高质量发展有效路径,为健康中国建设做出积极贡献.
Abstract
Upholding the Party's overall leadership is essential for high-quality development of the health care sector.The high-quality development of public hospitals,guided by the Party building theory,is an inevitable requirement for adhering to a public welfare value orientation,an important foundation for improving the modern hospital management system,and a political guarantee for deepening the reform of the medical and health system.Jiangyin People's Hospital,based on practice,promoted the deep integration of Party construction and business operations through measures such as strengthening top-level design,optimi-zing organizational construction,strengthening talent projects,and coordinating strategic development.These measures explored effective paths for the high-quality development of county-level public hospitals and contributed to the implementation of Healthy China Initiative.
