Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)hospitals,integral to China's health care system,bear the significant responsibility of promoting TCM culture and serving the public.Despite their rapid growth,some hospitals are encountering prob-lems such as lagging integrity culture development and ongoing challenges to medical quality and services.This article conducts an in-depth analysis of the dialectical relationship between the innovation of integrity culture and hospital management within TCM hospitals.It aims to identify effective strategies for building an integrity culture,thereby driving its innovation and development.By enhancing the overall management standards and service quality,these efforts aspire to elevate the hospital's performance.The paper seeks to provide theoretical insights and practical guidance for the construction and innovative management of integrity culture in TCM hospitals in China.
