Integrated online and offline mode in hospital operations
Objective To explore the impact of an integrated online and offline model on hospital diagnosis and treat-ment efficiency,capabilities,and service volume.Methods The hospital implemented a cloud-based Health Information System(HIS)and a dual Software as a Service(SAAS)system to create a seamless online and offline medical process loop.This model features core products such as full-course management,family doctor management,internet consultations,and dual medical link-age,while benchmarking key indicators like patient medical time and return visit rates across different diagnosis and treatment modes.Results The integrated online and offline model,along with its various products,significantly reduced patient visit times and improved departmental follow-up rates.Conclusion This integrated model enhances patients rate from multiple dimensions optimizes the follow-up process,and prioritizes patient experience,ultimately increasing the hospital's follow-up rate and patient retention.It represents a new model to improve the hospital's efficiency and capabilities of diagnosis and treatment as well as di-agnosis and service volume.
