Improving the evaluation mechanism for scientific and technological talents has become an important task for China's reform of the scientific and technological system.Under this context,this study aims to offer theoretical and practical ref-erences for improving evaluation mechanisms for scientific and technological talents in public hospitals.In this study,the current situation of the evaluation of scientific and technological talents in public hospitals was reviewed.Main existing problems were an-alyzed and advancements in the assessment were introduced.
