Hazard vulnerability analysis of G hospital airport branch in Tianjin on improved Kaiser model
Objective Applying an improved Kaiser model to analyze the Hazard Vulnerability Analysis of G Hospital Airport branch.Aim to clarify and rank the disaster risk events of this hospital and provide data support for decision-making in e-mergency management.Also offer other hospitals with relevant data and resources for emergency management.Methods A pre-liminary indicator system was constructed using literature analysis and then refined through the Delphi method to create a improved Kaiser model which tailored to G Hospital Airport branch.Excel 2016 was used to calculate the score result of improved Kaiser model and rank risk events.Results The analysis established an improved Kaiser model specific which include 4 categories and 35 risk events to G Hospital Airport branch.And identified the top 10 risk events requiring particular attention.Conclusion Hazard vulnerability analysis could provide objective support for hospital emergency management.However,hospital should con-struct an improved analytical model which consider its specific medical and regional characteristics to output objective HVA for e-mergency management.
