Objective To review the management strategies adopted in a large hospital in Guangdong Province,and form the management experience.Methods Build a single disease quality management system,including the establishment and im-provement of the management organization structure,the comprehensive evaluation system,the establishment of the information system of the integrated single disease management platform,and the clear business management process and supervision feed-back.Results Since the establishment of the single disease management system in 2021,the total reporting rate and filling effi-ciency of single disease have been improved,and many indicators such as the cost control of single disease have achieved good re-sults.Conclusion The management strategy of single disease quality management measures are effective and can provide refer-ence for other medical institutions.
