Objective:To promote the high quality development of hospitals,and improve the logistics support work of hospitals and the management ability of hospitals by constructing the logistics management discipline in Shanghai public hospitals.Method:The evaluation results of necessity and importance of 200 logistics management experts were analyzed and the feasibility of curriculum setting was judged based on literature and expert consultation in the construction of"logistics management discipline".Result:The necessity score of each course is higher than 60 points;the importance score is higher than 3.5 points;and the coefficient of variation is less than 0.3.The correlation analysis results show that there is a highly significant and strong correlation between necessity and importance,indicating that the discipline construction has a certain feasibility.Conclusion:The improvement of logistics management work is conducive to promoting high-quality development of hospitals and the construction of hospital management talent teams.
