Objective:To provide reference and guidance for the internal quality evaluation of medical institutions by introducing the practical experience of constructing an internal quality evaluation system for hospitals based on the SPO model of system theory.Method:This paper summarizes the practical experience of hospital internal quality evaluation management from the dimensions of structure,process,and results.Result:From 2020 to 2022,the management effectiveness of functional departments of the hospital has been improved;the priority indicators of the hospital have been significantly improved;and patient satisfaction has been steadily improved.Conclusion:Hospital internal quality evaluation,as an important supplement to external evaluation,is conducive to the establishment of long-term mechanism of hospital internal quality management.And the SPO model of system theory is conducive to clarifying the thoughts of hospital management practice;The construction and implementation of hospital internal quality evaluation system based on SPO model is conducive to the improvement of hospital management efficiency,which is worth popularizing.
