目的 分析澳大利亚护理规划现状,结合我国护理规划实际,为我国护理规划提供建议 方法 采用文献研究法,检索中英文护理规划相关文献.结果 2014年,澳大利亚在HW2025基础上进行护理人力资源规划更新,采用比较情景、需求限制、技能组合变化、综合情景、中等自给自足、生产力提高、65岁以上护士退休、退休意愿等情景模拟2025年及2030年注册护士的供需变化,为我国进行护理人力资源规划提供思考和借鉴.结论 可在理清我国护理现状的基础上,借鉴澳大利亚护理规划情景模拟等方法,从护理供给、需求等方面出发,做好护理规划.
Objective:To provide suggestions for nursing planning in China based on the actual situation of nursing planning in China,the current situation of nursing planning in Australia was analyzed,Method:Literature research method was used to search the literature related to nursing planning in both Chinese and English.Result:In 2014,Australia updated its nursing human resource planning on the basis of HW2025,and simulated the changes in supply and demand of registered nurses in 2025 and 2030 with comparative scenarios,demand constraints,skill mix changes,comprehensive scenarios,medium self-sufficiency,productivity improvement,retirement of nurses over 65 years old,retirement intention and other scenarios.This paper provides thinking and reference for nursing human resource planning in China.Conclusion:On the basis of clarifying the current situation of nursing in our country,lessons from the simulation methods of nursing planning in Australia can be drawn,and the nursing planning from the aspects of nursing supply and demand can be made.
