高校附属医院国自然青年基金负责人现状调查及发展机制探讨

目的 对国自然青年基金负责人的科研动机、积极因素\消极因素以及需要的科研支持等进行调查,探讨促进青年科研人员科研发展的成长机制,激发青年科研人员创新活力.方法 收集医院2010-2021年度获得国家自然青年基金资助时负责人的基本情况并对其开展问卷调查,对不同岗位类型负责人的科研发展与科研支持需要情况及已结题负责人继续获得资助情况进行卡方检验.结果 项目 负责人均具有高学历及优秀教育经历,专职科研人员与临床科研人员在薪酬肯定、高端人才指导、科研经费、科研时间方面有统计学差异.结论 青年基金负责人有科研工作热情,医院要积极探索适合青年科研人员的成长机制,为青年科研人员的培养与发展提供良好平台与支撑.
Objective:To explore the mechanism to promote the development of young researchers and stimulate their innovation vitality,the research motivation,positive factors,negative factors and research support needed by the National Nature Youth Fund leaders were investigated.Method:This paper collected the basic information of the person in charge when the hospital received funding from National Nature Foundation from 2010 to 2021 and conducted a questionnaire survey on them.Chi-square test was carried out on the research development and research support needs of the leaders of different post types and the continued funding of the leaders in charge of the completed research projects.Result:The project leaders each have high education and excellent educational experience,and there are statistical differences between full-time researchers and clinical researchers in terms of salary recognition,high-end talent guidance,research funding and research time.Conclusion:The person in charge of the Youth Fund has a passion for scientific research so the growth mechanism suitable for young researchers should be actively explored and a good platform and support for the training and development of young researchers be provided.
