Objective:To grasp the operation status and the existing shortcomings of online diagnosis and treatment by analyzing the diagnosis and treatment data of an internet hospital in a certain hospital.Method:The authors collected the Internet online access data of a top-three hospital in 2020,analyzed the data from the aspects of department distribution and access time,and compared it with the offline outpatient access data.Result:Among the patients who receive online consultations throughout the year,the fever clinic has the highest number of visits,and the dermatology department has the highest average number of visits per person.From a time distribution perspective,February,Wednesday,and 10 a.m.each day have the highest number of appointments.Except for popular consultations,the offline reception volume of other departments is higher than the online reception volume.Conclusion:Online diagnosis and treatment on the Internet played an important role during the epidemic,but there is still significant room for improvement.In addition,the scheduling of internet work and the reception behavior of some physicians need to be optimized and improved.
