基于文献计量分析的医院多院区建设研究

目的 为实现医院多院区可持续发展提供建议.方法 在中国知网搜索并筛选医院多院区建设相关文献,基于BICOMB 2021和VOSviewer统计分析发表年限、发表期刊、关键词共现、现状与建议等数据.结果 2000年至2010年为发文数量缓慢增长期,2011年至今为快速增长期,《中国医院院长》《中国医院》《中国卫生》《中国医院管理》《江苏卫生事业管理》为发文量最多的前五期刊,多院区管理、医联体、医院托管、分级诊疗、同质化管理为研究较多的五个热点与方向.目前建设问题主要集中在综合战略部署与学科布局规划、医疗同质化、财务成本管控与绩效分配等方面.结论 医院多院区管理应注重整体布局与定位,创新管理模式,降本提质增效,搭建智慧医院平台,实现医疗同质化.
Objective:To provide suggestions for achieving sustainable development in hospitals of multi-districts.Method:The authors searched and screened the relevant literature on hospital multi-district construction from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI).And based on BICOMB 2021 and VOSviewer,the authors statistically analyzed the data such as publication years,journals,keyword co-occurrence,current situation,and suggestions.Result:The period from 2000 to 2010 was a period of slow growth in the number of publications,while 2011 has been a period of rapid growth.The top five journals with the highest number of publications are"Chinese Hospital Dean","Chinese Hospital","Chinese Health","Chinese Hospital Management"and"Jiangsu Health Management".Multi-district hospital management,medical alliance,hospital trusteeship,hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,and homogeneous management were the five hot topics and directions of research.At present,construction issues mainly focus on comprehensive strategic deployment and disciplinary layout planning,medical homogenization,financial cost control and performance allocation,etc.Conclusion:The management of multi-district hospital should focus on the overall layout and positioning,innovate management models,reduce costs,improve quality and efficiency,build a smart hospital platform,and achieve medical homogenization.
