Objective:In order to objectively evaluate the performance of administrative functional departments and provide theoretical reference for higher-level departments and similar hospitals.Method:The authors conducted three rounds of anonymous evaluation and feedback with the Delphi method,screened the assessment indicators with the balanced scorecard,and conducted semi-structured interviews to understand the relevant understanding and evaluation of the employees.Result:The average authority coefficient of experts is 0.82,and there is a significant difference in coordination coefficient with P<0.001;8 assessment indicators are selected to form an indicator weight evaluation system and determine the weights of each department.Conclusion:The research steps in this study were designed scientifically,and the balanced scorecard method and correction coefficient were innovatively introduced.The enthusiasm and authority of the experts were high,and the formulated assessment indicators and departmental weights had strong scientific and practical significance.Thus,it helps to scientifically and reasonably carry out the assessment of administrative functional departments and promote the high-quality development of hospitals.
