以广东省某三甲医院作为研究对象,创新运用医院质量管理的理论和方法,构建党建工作"12358"管理模型,打造"两创两高"党建品牌,着力推进党建规范化、精细化、信息化,实现医院党建与业务深度融合.最终,党支部建设规范率、党支部支委设置规范率、党支部书记"双带头"覆盖率、工作部署完成率分别提升至94.23%、95.38%、86.15%、95.00%,助力了医院各项事业高质量高水平发展,具有较强的理论创新和推广价值.
Taking a 3a hospital in Guangdong Province as the research object,this study innovatively applies the theory and methods of hospital quality management,constructs a 12358 management model for the Party building,creates a brand of"two innovations and two highs"Party building,focuses on promoting the standardization,refinement,and informatization of the Party building,and realizes the deep integration of the Party building in hospital and business.In the end,the standardization rate of the Party branch construction,the standardization rate of the Party branch committee setting,the coverage rate of the Party branch secretaries'"dual leadership",and the completion rate of work deployment were increased to 94.23%,100.00%,86.15%,and 100.00%,respectively,which helped the high-quality and high-level development of various undertakings in the hospital and has strong theoretical innovation and promotion value.
