Taking a 3a hospital in Guangdong Province as the research object,this study innovatively applies the theory and methods of hospital quality management,constructs a 12358 management model for the Party building,creates a brand of"two innovations and two highs"Party building,focuses on promoting the standardization,refinement,and informatization of the Party building,and realizes the deep integration of the Party building in hospital and business.In the end,the standardization rate of the Party branch construction,the standardization rate of the Party branch committee setting,the coverage rate of the Party branch secretaries'"dual leadership",and the completion rate of work deployment were increased to 94.23％,100.00％,86.15％,and 100.00％,respectively,which helped the high-quality and high-level development of various undertakings in the hospital and has strong theoretical innovation and promotion value.
