Research and Countermeasures on the Problem of Patients'Arrears in Public Hospitals
By sorting out the arrears of patients in Y Hospital,the descriptive statistical methods were used to analyze the reasons and key influencing factors of arrears.The analysis shows that the problem of patients'arrears in public hospitals is related to the imperfect internal management of hospitals on the one hand and is affected by the strict implementation of the medical insurance settlement policy on the other hand,which is closely related to the public hospital's public function positioning.Hospitals should establish a work linkage mechanism among multiple functional departments,formulate countermeasures for different reasons for arrears,strengthen fund security control from the entire process of pre-prevention,in-process control,and post processing,reduce hospital fund risks,and ensure the sustainable development of public hospital operations.
