摘要
随着医院后勤保障设施设备数量逐渐增加、医疗服务质量要求的不断提高以及市场竞争的加剧,医院后勤管理变得更加复杂,导致出现管理成本高、效率低、服务质量差等诸多问题,需要有更高效、精细化的运维管理方式来应对.随着智能化技术的发展以及国家医疗改革的不断深化,智慧医院概念应运而生,为当前医院后勤管理困局提供了可行的路径.在此背景下,探讨了医院智慧后勤运维管理的现状、难点,提出了医院智慧后勤运维管理的实施流程、策略、整体架构及配套应用系统,为医院后勤管理的转型升级提供借鉴.
Abstract
With the gradual increase in the number of hospital logistics support facilities and equipment,the continuous improvement of medical service quality requirements and the intensification of market competition,hospital logistics management has become more complex,resulting in high management costs,low efficiency,poor service quality and many other problems,which require more efficient and refined operation,and maintenance management methods to deal with.With the development of the intelligent technology and the continuous deepening of national medical reform,the concept of smart hospital came into being,which provides a feasible path for the current hospital logistics management dilemma.In this context,the current situation and difficulties of hospital intelligent logistics operation and maintenance management are discussed,and the implementation process,strategy,overall structure and supporting application system of hospital intelligent logistics operation and maintenance management are proposed,which can provide references for the transformation and upgrading of hospital logistics management.
