Research on the Needs for the Construction of Friendly Hospitals for the Dlderly and Suggestions
Population aging is an inevitable trend of social development,and also a basic national condition of our country in a long period of time in the future.How to carry out the unified planning and construction of elderly friendly hospitals based on the principle of age suitability?Medical institutions urgently need to improve friendly services that are suitable for aging,promote hospitals to create a safe,friendly,and suitable medical environment for elderly patients,and continuously improve the quality of medical treatment for elderly patients.The authors analyzed and studied the current situation,difficulties,and needs of elderly patients in the construction of elderly friendly hospitals,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions so as to establish a good mechanism for elderly health services,promote the development of geriatric medicine in China,and better meet the needs of elderly health care.
