Research on the Construction of Hospital Legal Department Based on the Practice of a Hospital in Fujian Province
In the process of reforming public hospitals in China,the focus of development and reform has been on medical safety,medical quality and service,and operational efficiency.However,in the rapid development,there has been insufficient attention to operational risks such as law and integrity.Improving the management of legal affairs in hospitals is an inevitable requirement for establishing and perfecting modem hospital management systems,as well as a practical need for legal affairs work.The author conducted a necessity analysis of the construction of legal departments in large public hospitals from the perspectives of policy background and practical needs,compared the legal management practices of domestic and foreign medical institutions,and analyzed the practice of a large 3A hospital in Fujian Province as a case study,in order to provide reference ideas and suggestions for the practice of building legal departments in hospitals.
