Exploration and Practice of Cross-regional Cooperation of Public Hospitals in Shanghai and Bengbu City under the Background of Yangtze River Delta Integration
Under the background of the Yangtze River Delta health integration construction,the Tenth People's Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University and Bengbu Municipal Health Commission carried out the cross-regional cooperation to help the development of three municipal public comprehensive hospitals as a whole.The main methods and initial results in selecting management team,determining cooperation objectives and tasks,exporting management ideas and promoting high-quality development of cooperative hospitals are described in detail.The study found that the quality medical resources of large public hospitals are sinking,and the organized and planned"group"support of prefecture-level urban public hospitals is conducive to achieving the equalization of medical resources.
