Reflection on Enhancing the Service Capacity of County Level Medical Institutions through the"Leading Medical Consortium"of Government Hospital Cooperation
Strengthening the construction of compact medical union is an important measure to promote the reform of the medical and health system,the expansion and the balanced distribution of regional high-quality medical resources,and build a high-quality and efficient hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system.The construction of the"leading medical consortium"in cooperation with the government is of great significance for enhancing the service capacity of county-level medical institutions and coordinating the integrated and continuous medical services of prevention,treatment,rehabilitation,and health promotion for residents in the region.The authors take a grade-three comprehensive hospital in a certain district of Chengdu as an example to introduce the main practices,achievements,the existing problems,and countermeasures of the"leading medical consortium"construction in cooperation between the government and the hospital so as to promote the long-term operation of the medical consortium construction.
