Analysis of the Five Principles of Data Quality Management in Performance Evaluation of Grade-three Public Hospitals
The performance evaluation of grade-three public hospitals is a national unified quantitative standard system,which objectively evaluates the medical quality,operational efficiency,sustainable development and satisfaction of hospitals,further deepens the reform of public hospitals,and promotes the construction of modern hospital management system.The five principles of authenticity,standardization,accuracy,completeness and timeliness of indicator data are the key elements to promote performance evaluation.Based on the data quality management requirements of National Health Commission,the authors took the Third Yancheng Hospital as an example to deeply explore the quality problems of performance evaluation data,optimized the work plan and model construction,analyzed the feedback of the previous data submission,and summarized and put forward the suggestions.According to the policy requirements,the workflow should be continuously improved,the efficiency and quality of performance evaluation be enhanced,and the high-quality development of the hospital promoted.
