Current Situation and Research on Hierarchical Diagnosis and Treatment under the Construction of a Medical Alliance in a Certain District of Shanghai
Objective:In order to understand the status quo of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,and doctors'cognition of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment under the background of the construction of medical alliance,and provide suggestions for the improvement of the system.Method:The stratified random sampling method was adopted to collect residents and doctors from different hospitals within the scope of medical alliance for questionnaire survey.Result:The hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system in Qingpu District is not yet perfect,and the first diagnosis rate in some residential communities is relatively low.89.54％of doctors are familiar with the system,standards,and procedures of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,and the two-way referral,while only 57.52％of doctors were satisfied with the current status of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,and the two-way referral.94.77％of doctors believe it is necessary to establish a unified two-way referral platform.Conclusion:There are still deficiencies in the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,and the two-way referral in Qingpu District so it is necessary to further strengthen the training of medical staff,improve the ability of community health service,establish a unified two-way referral platform,and promote the construction of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment.
