An Analysis of High-quality Development Strategies for Clinical Disciplines in Public Hospitals
Strengthening the construction of clinical disciplines is an important foundation and approach to promote the high-quality development of public hospitals,and it is also the fundamental way to better meet the health service needs of the people in the new era.Based on the policy requirements of high-quality development of public hospitals in China and the development status of clinical disciplines,this study analyzed the connotation and objectives of high-quality development of disciplines,and proposed the strategy and path of high-level discipline construction in public hospitals from the aspects of discipline layout,development mode,scientific and technological innovation and talent team in view of the main problems existing in discipline construction so as to assist public hospitals in exploring the comprehensive implementation of the new era's health and wellness policies,continuously transforming towards connotative,leading,and sustainable development,and providing references for accelerating high-quality development.
