Analysis on the Upward Referral Situation in the Implementation of Bidirectional Referral for Hospital and Community Integration in a Medical Group in Shenzhen
Objective:To establish and improve the hourglass accurate two-way referral system for hospital and community integration in medical group,improve the efficiency and quality of social health referrals.Method:A comparative study was conducted on the basic characteristics,specialty distribution,actual number of visits,and effective referral rate of patients referred before and after the utilization of the hourglass accurate two-way referral platform for medical group hospitals and community integration.Result:The hourglass accurate two-way referral platform of hospital and community integration in medical group has significantly improved the efficiency and quality of community and health referral.Conclusion:The hourglass accurate two-way referral platform of hospital and community integration in medical group can provide timely and efficient high-quality medical services for patients,and a basis for the training direction of grassroots general practitioners.
