某三甲医院医务青年职业价值观及其影响因素研究

目的 调查医务青年医生职业价值观的现状及影响因素,为提升医务青年职业价值观和促进医院管理水平提供依据.方法 使用职业价值观量表对上海某三甲医院165名18~40岁的在岗医务青年进行问卷调查.结果 医务青年职业价值观总分为(28.866±4.336)分,其中"社会互动"维度的分数最高,为(4.313±0.635)分,"自我实现"维度的分数最低,为(3.945±0.823)分.岗位类型与总得分有关,性别与"休闲健康与交通"维度得分有关.结论 医务青年职业价值观的总体评价较好.医院需充分重视工作环境建设,提升女性的整体健康素养和活力,完善医院薪酬制度,加强人文关怀,建立保护关心爱护医务人员长效机制,强化人才跟踪培养激励机制.
A Study on the Professional Values and Influencing Factors of Medical Youth in a 3A Hospital
Objective:To investigate the current situation and the influencing factors of professional values of young medical doctors,provide a basis for improving professional values of young medical doctors and promoting hospital management level.Method:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 165 young medical professionals aged 18-40 years old in a 3a hospital in Shanghai with the professional values scale.Result:The total score of the professional values of medical youth is(28.866±4.336)points,with the highest score in the dimension of"social interaction"at(4.313±0.635)points and the lowest score in the dimension of"self actualization"at(3.945±0.823)points.The job type is related to the total score,while gender is related to the scores of the"leisure,health,and transportation"dimensions.Conclusion:The overall evaluation of professional values of medical youth is good.Hospitals should pay full attention to the construction of the working environment,improve the overall health literacy and vitality of women,improve the hospital salary system,strengthen humanistic care,establish a long-term mechanism to protect and care for medical personnel,and strengthen the talent tracking and training incentive mechanism.
