Preliminary Exploration on the Construction Effect of Teaching Quality Assurance System in the Affiliated Hospitals of Medical Colleges and Universities
Objective:To understand the effectiveness of the construction of the teaching quality assurance system in affiliated hospitals of medical colleges and universities,give full play to the main role of hospital teaching,and ensure the quality of medical talent training.Method:A questionnaire survey was conducted,and chi square test and analysis of variance were used to analyze the count and measurement data respectively.Result:Teachers with different education levels had statistically significant differences in their understanding of talent training programs and participation in syllabus formulation(P=0.014;P=0.025).There were statistical differences in teacher access system,teaching resource support degree and teacher quality satisfaction(P=0.019;P=0.033;P=0.027);Teachers with different professional titles had a statistical difference in their understanding of the syllabus(P=0.039).And those with different working years had a statistically significant difference in their attitudes towards the teaching workload(P=0.047).Conclusion:Since the teaching quality assurance system needs further improvement,it is recommended to ensure the investment and allocation of teaching funds,strengthen the team construction of the teaching staff,optimize the integration of teaching resources,and improve the teaching management system.
