Against the backdrop of high-quality development in operation and management of public hospitals,this study investigates how hospitals can improve their operational efficiency and break down management barriers between departments by attempting to apply a multidisciplinary collaborative management model to enhance the operation and management of radiology departments.The author introduced the practice and achievements of establishing a multidisciplinary consultation and operation management team in the hospital,identifying operational shortcomings,developing operational plans,and carrying out operational improvement and enhancement work,and provided feasible suggestions for the hospital to further carry out operation improvement and enhancement work.
