Objective:To analyze the operation efficiency of the operating room before and after the implementation of the quality and efficiency improvement program in a public hospital,and provide ideas for improving the quality and efficiency program.Method:2 102 patients in May,2022 and 2 761 patients in May,2023 were selected from the surgical anesthesia system of the hospital for the first operation in combination with qualitative and quantitative research methods.The admission time to the operation room,anesthesia starting time,operation starting time,anesthesia ending time,surgery ending time and the exit time were collected.Statistical description and nonparametric test were used to compare various indicators before and after the implementation of the program in the operating room.Result:After the implementation of the program,the on-time opening rate of the first operation before 8:30 was greatly improved,and the preparation time for anesthesia,the anesthesia time before the operation and the exit time after the operation were significantly shortened.Conclusion:Thus,the implementation of the program will help improve the operating efficiency of the operating room and provide an effective boost for the high-quality development of the hospital.
