Objective:In order to discuss the construction of performance management information platform of intravenous drug dispensing center(PIVAS),which can be used for daily PIVAS performance secondary distribution management and the refined management of PIVAS staff.Method:A comprehensive performance management module is added to PIVAS coordination software.Based on the monthly allocation of technician scores,verification scores by pharmacists,total scores by reviewing pharmacists,and reward and punishment scores,the final monthly comprehensive score of the corresponding post personnel are calculated,and then the personnel performance salary is calculated.Result:After implementing performance management based on the performance management information platform,PIVAS significantly improved the speed of medical order review,allocation,verification,and attendance qualification rate,while significantly reduced the error rate(P<0.05).Conclusion:Statistics on PIVAS related workload,error number and quality control scores by means of information platform are helpful for the fair and impartial evaluation of staff performance scores in each link.
