中国设施渔业发展现状与对策研究

摘要
设施渔业作为节水、环保、高产型水产养殖方式,既符合现代渔业发展需求,又顺应现代渔业发展趋势.设施渔业通过科学管理模式,智能养殖设备,精准养殖技术,实现渔业绿色、高产、集约、增效.中国设施渔业发展存在用地资源相对不足,养殖技术有待提升,养殖人才缺乏且培训不足,政策支持力度有待提高,养殖尾水处理技术亟需提高等主要问题,需要完善设施渔业用地管理政策,加强养殖人才培养和技术培训,加大政府投入和扶持力度,改进养殖尾水处理技术,提升养殖尾水处理能力.
Abstract
As a water-saving,environment-friendly and high-yield aquaculture mode,facility fishery not only meets the needs of modern fishery development,but also conforms to the trend of modern fishery development.Through scientific management mode,intelligent farming equipment and accurate farming technology,facility fishery can achieve the goal of green,high-yield,intensive and efficient fishery.There are some major problems in the development of China's facility fishery,such as relatively insufficient land resources,outdated aquaculture technology,aquaculture personnel shortage,insufficient training,inadequate policy support,and aquaculture tail water treatment technology in urgent need of improvement.It is necessary to improve fishery land management policies,strengthen cultivation and technical training of aquaculture personnel,increase government investment and support,improve aquaculture tail water treatment technology and improve the treatment capacity of aquaculture tail water.
