上海市水产养殖业渔民培训师资队伍现状、存在的问题与建议

摘要
在加快建设农业强国的新征程中,人才是乡村振兴的根本,渔业从业人才队伍振兴离不开高素质的师资力量.为了解上海市水产养殖业渔民培训师资队伍的现状以及未来师资队伍培训的需求方向,收集了 2013年以来师资培训参训人员基本情况,并汇总统计了 2020年以来的培训课程和满意度调查问卷,对师资队伍的年龄、学历、区域分布及培训需求等进行了统计,分析了现有师资队伍的短板,提出了改进建议,为更好推进乡村人才队伍建设和实现乡村振兴提供科学依据和决策支持.
Abstract
In the new journey of accelerating the construction of a strong agricultural country,talent is the foundation of rural revitalization,and the revitalization of fishery workforce can not be achieved without high-quality faculty.To understand the current status of the faculty team in Shanghai aquatic technology promotion system and the future training needs,this article collected basic information on the participants in the aquatic industry faculty training since 2013.It also conducted statistical analysis on the training satisfaction survey since 2020,providing statistics on the age,education,and regional distribution of the faculty,as well as their training needs.The article analyzed the shortcomings of the current faculty team and put forward improvement suggestions,provided scientific basis and decision support for better promoting the construction of rural talent teams and achieving rural revitalization.
