摘要
基于印度洋灯光渔业主要捕捞经济物种的趋光特性以及作业渔船的实际需求,设计一款灯光罩网渔业LED集鱼灯.在设计阶段,首先通过研究主要渔获物的趋光光谱特性选取白色板上芯片封装(chip-on-board,COB)光源;再通过发光模组、散热模组、防水固定模组、安装固定模组的设计实现LED集鱼灯的发光、散热、防水和安装固定,根据结构设计选择零件和材质并对核心部件如散热风扇、密封圈、安装臂等重要参数进行验证实验,并利用Solidworks软件绘制三维建模图和渲染图.在制造与检验阶段,设计高效的工艺流程完成制作,并开展了防水、振动等室内可靠性检验.此外,针对本设计的散热、防水结构及可靠性实验优缺点进行分析并提出进一步优化方向.本研究尚处在设计完成初期,投入海上应用时间较短,后期会持续跟踪记录,并根据使用反馈对本设计进行综合评估分析和改进.
Abstract
Based on the phototaxis characteristics of the main economic species caught in the Indian Ocean light fishing industry and the actual needs of fishing vessels,a kind of LED fish lamp for light fishing was designed.In the design phase,the white chip on board(COB)light source was first selected by studying the phototactic spectral characteristics of the main catch;by designing the lighting module,heat dissipation module,waterproof fixing module,and installation fixing module,the LED fish lamp could be illuminated,cooled,waterproofed,and installed.Based on the structural design,parts and materials were selected,and important parameters such as the cooling fan,sealing ring,and installation arm were verified through experiments.Solidworks software was used to draw 3D modeling and rendering diagrams.In the manufacturing and inspection stage,efficient process flow was designed to complete the production,and indoor reliability tests such as waterproofing and vibration were carried out.In addition,an analysis was conducted on the advantages and disadvantages of the heat dissipation,waterproof structure,and reliability testing of this design,and further optimization directions were proposed.This study is still in the early stage of design completion and it has been applied at sea for a relatively short period of time.In the later stage,continuous tracking and recording will be conducted,and comprehensive evaluation,analysis,and improvement of this design will be carried out based on feedback from usage.
