Objective:To study the effective value and accuracy of 3.0MRI diffusion-weighted imaging for grading patients with glioma in the process of examination. Methods:A total of 248 patients with glioma were selected and admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022.All patients underwent 3.0MRI diffusion weighted imaging, and the diagnostic value of diffusion coefficient value for different grades(low/advanced)glioma was analyzed.Diffusion coefficient and value of normal brain tissue and cerebrospinal fluid. Results:The diffusion coefficient value of 1.11 × 10-3mm2/s is the best critical point. When the detection value is greater than the best critical point,it is considered as a low-grade glioma. The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy and positive predictive value of 3.0MRI are 93.33%,93.75%,93.55%and 93.33%,respectively.The negative predictive value was 93.75%.The diffusion coefficient value of 0.93 × 10-3mm2/s belongs to the optimal critical point, when the value is less than the optimal critical point,it is counted as high-grade glioma. The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of the detection can be shown as follows:81.25%,93.33%,87.10%,95.86%,82.35%,were determined by diffusion coefficient analysis(P<0.05);The DWI signal of normal white matter was lower than that of normal gray matter, and there was no difference in contrast diffusion coefficient and diffusion coefficient between groups(P>0.05).The signal of gray matter was higher than that of CSF,the diffusion coefficient was lower than that of CSF,and the diffusion coefficient value was higher than that of CSF(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of 3.0MRI diffusion weighted imaging for grading glioma has significant grading effect and higher accuracy, which is helpful to the treatment and worthy of large-scale application.
