高血压性脑出血CT检查的诊断价值及特点分析

摘要
目的:探讨高血压性脑出血CT检查的诊断价值及特点分析.方法:选取高血压性脑出血60例患者,时间2017年4月至2022年3月,患者均同意进行CT检查,均应用64排螺旋CT扫描仪进行检查.比较患者健侧、患侧的CT值,分析不同出血量的死亡率,比较CT检查结果与手术诊断结果.结果:患者患侧CT值显著高于健侧CT值(P＜0.05);＞50ml出血量患者的病死率大于31-50ml、15-30ml出血量患者病死率(P＜0.05);CT检查结果显示,患者血肿体积在1.6-11.8cm3,平均血肿体积为6.8±0.9cm3,CT检查结果与手术诊断结果间对比无明显差异(P＞0.05);60例高血压性脑出血患者共发生不同程度的46例占位效应.结论:使用64排螺旋CT扫描仪对高血压性脑出血患者病灶、颅脑进行扫描,能够拥有较为确切的检查结果,具有准确性高、无创性、快捷、方便等优点,血肿部位、血肿大小均可清晰可见,为患者后续手术治疗提供了可靠的依据,有助于降低患者的病死率,值得临床推广.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the diagnostic value and characteristics of CT examination in hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:sixty patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were selected from April 2017 to March 2022.All patients agreed to undergo CT examination and were examined by 64-slice spiral CT scanner.The CT values of the healthy side and the affected side of the patients were compared,the mortality rates of different amounts of blood loss were analyzed,and the CT examination results were compared with the surgical diagnosis results.Results:THE CT value of the affected side was significantly higher than that of the healthy side(P＜0.05).The mortality of patients with＞50ml blood loss was higher than that of patients with 31-50ml and 15-30ml blood loss(P＜0.05).CT examination results showed that the patient's hematoma volume was in the range of 1.6-11.8cm3,with an average hematoma volume of 6.8±0.9cm3.There was no significant difference between CT examination results and surgical diagnosis results(P＞0.05).A total of 46 cases of mass effect occurred in 60 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Conclusion:using 64 row helical CT scanner lesions in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,cerebral scan,can have a more precise results,high accuracy,and the advantages of non-invasive,fast and convenient,hematoma parts and hematoma size are clearly visible,provides the reliable basis for follow-up surgery in patients with treatment,helps to reduce the mortality of patients,Worthy of clinical promotion.
