摘要

目的:探讨CT、磁共振及超声技术诊断脂肪肝的价值对比.方法:选取2022年8月至2023年7月本院收治的90例疑似脂肪肝患者为对象,入组患者均接受CT、超声、MRI检查.分析三种方式的诊断价值.结果:MRI、CT、超声诊断脂肪肝的准确度分别为93.33%、92.22%、82.22%.MRI、CT诊断脂肪肝的准确度均高于超声(P<0.05).CT与MRI诊断脂肪肝的准确度比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05).结论:MRI及CT在脂肪肝的诊断中准确度高于超声检查,MRI检查方式无创,且无电离辐射,因此推广的价值较高.

Abstract

Objective:To compare the value of CT,magnetic resonance and ultrasound in the diagnosis of fatty liver.Methods:A total of 90 patients with suspected fatty liver disease admitted to our hospital from August 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the subjects.All the enrolled patients received CT,ultrasound and MRI examinations.The diagnostic value of the three methods was analyzed.Results:The accuracy of MRI,CT and ultrasound I in diagnosing fatty liver was 93.33%,92.22%and 82.22%,respectively.The accuracy of MRI and CT in diagnosing fatty liver was higher than that of ultrasound(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the accuracy of CT and MRI diagnosis of fatty liver(P>0.05).Conclusion:The accuracy of MRI and CT in the diagnosis of fatty liver is higher than that of ultrasound.MRI is non-invasive,and has no ionizing radiation,so it is of high value to popularize.
