摘要
目的:探讨多模态MRI技术判断直肠癌术前TN分期的价值.方法:选取2020年8月至2023年10月经手术病理确诊的42例直肠癌患者为对象,均接受多模态MRI检查.以病理结果为依据,分析多模态MRI检查诊断T分期、N分期的价值.结果:MRI扫描显示,T1WI为低或等信号,T2WI为等或高信号,DWI为高信号;动态增强扫描可观测到不均匀强化征.多模态MRI诊断T期分期的准确度为88.09％(37/42),与病理检查一致性较高(Kappa值=0.782,P＜0.001).多模态MRI诊断直肠癌N分期的准确度为90.47％(38/42),与病理检查一致性较高,(Kappa值=0.845,P＜0.001).结论:多模态MRI技术诊断直肠癌术前T分期、N分期的准确度较高,可为临床治疗提供参考.
Abstract
Objective:Exploring the value of multimodal MRI technology in predicting preoperative TN staging of rectal cancer.Methods:A total of 42 rectal cancer patients diagnosed by surgical pathology between August 2020 and October 2023 were selected as the study subjects,all of whom underwent multimodal MRI examination.Based on pathological results,analyze the value of multimodal MRI examination in diagnosing T and N stages.Results:MRI scan showed low or equal signal on T1WI,equal or high signal on T2WI,and high signal on DWI;Dynamic enhanced scanning can observe uneven enhancement features.The accuracy of multimodal MRI in diagnosing T-stage staging was 88.09％(37/42),which was consistent with pathological examination(Kappa value=0.782,P＜0.001).The accuracy of multimodal MRI in diagnosing N-stage rectal cancer was 90.47％(38/42),which was consistent with pathological examination(Kappa value=0.845,P＜0.001).Conclusion:Multimodal MRI technology has high accuracy in diagnosing preoperative T and N stages of rectal cancer,and can provide reference for clinical treatment.
