Value of MSCT Three-dimensional Reconstruction Combined with Magnetic Resonance in the Diagnosis of Ankle Ligament Injury

摘要
目的:探讨MSCT三维重建联合磁共振(MRI)诊断踝关节韧带损伤的价值.方法:选取2021年7月至2023年6月本院收治的70例踝关节急性损伤手术患者为对象,采用MSCT三维重建及MRI检查,以关节镜检查为金标准,分析二者联合诊断踝关节韧带损伤的价值.结果:本文70例手术患者中65例明确诊断为韧带损伤.MSCT三维重建联合磁共振诊断踝关节韧带损伤的灵敏度、准确度为98.46%、97.14%;MSCT 三维重建诊断踝关节韧带损伤的灵敏度、准确度分别为80.00%、78.57%;MRI诊断踝关节韧带损伤的灵敏度、准确度分别为81.54%、81.43%.MSCT三维重建+MRI诊断踝关节损伤的灵敏度、准确度高于二者单独检测(P<0.05).结论:MSCT三维重建与MRI联合诊断踝关节韧带损伤的价值较高,可提高诊断的灵敏度及准确度,可在临床推广.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the value of MSCT three-dimensional reconstruction combined with magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the diagnosis of ankle ligament injury.Methods:Seventy patients with suspected ankle ligament injury admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to June 2023 were selected as subjects.Three-dimensional MSCT reconstruction and MRI were used,and arthroscopy was used as the gold standard to analyze the value of the combined diagnosis of ankle ligament injury.Results:65 of 70 patients suspected of ankle ligament injury were diagnosed.The sensitivity and accuracy of MSCT 3D reconstruction combined with magnetic resonance in the diagnosis of ankle ligament injury were 98.46%and 97.14%.The sensitivity and accuracy of MSCT 3D reconstruction in diagnosing ankle ligament injury were 80.00%and 78.57%,respectively.The sensitivity and accuracy of MRI in diagnosing ankle ligament injury were 81.54%and 81.43%,respectively.The sensitivity and accuracy of MSCT 3D reconstruction plus MRI in the diagnosis of ankle joint injury were higher than those of the two alone(P<0.05).Conclusion:MSCT three-dimensional reconstruction combined with MRI in the diagnosis of ankle ligament injury is of high value,can improve the sensitivity and accuracy of diagnosis,and can be popularized in clinic.
