多层螺旋CT多平面重组技术在胸腰椎爆裂性骨折术前评估的应用价值探讨

摘要
目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)多平面重组技术(MRP)在胸腰椎爆裂性骨折术前评估的应用价值.方法:选取2019年9月至2021年10月我院收治的胸腰椎爆裂性骨折患者30例,全部接受MSCT-MPR检查.观察比较常规MSCT检查与MSCT-MPR检查对胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的显示情况及TLICS评分.结果:MSCT-MPR检查显示胸腰椎爆裂性骨折骨折情况的准确率明显比常规MSCT检查显著更高(P＜0.05).MSCT-MPR检查TLICS评分明显比常规MSCT检查更高(P＜0.05),MSCT-MPR检查显示TLICS评分≥5分及TLICS评分≥7分占比明显比常规MSCT检查更高(P＜0.05).结论:给予胸腰椎爆裂性骨折使用MSCT-MPR进行检查,能够为临床医师提供更加全面更加详尽的参考数据以及参考信息,同时能够协助临床医师为患者制定更加合适更加具有针对性的手术方案.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of multislice spiral CT(MSCT)multiplane reconstruction technique(MRP)in the preoperative evaluation of thoracolumbar burst fracture.Methods:30 patients with thoracolumbar burst fracture admitted to our hospital from September 2019 to October 2021 were selected,and all received MSCT-MPR examination.To observe and compare the manifestation and TLICS score of thoracolumbar burst fracture between conventional MSCT and MSCT-MPR.Results:The accuracy of MSCT-MPR examination was significantly higher than that of conventional MSCT examination(P＜0.05).The TLICS score of MSCT-MPR examination was significantly higher than that of conventional MSCT examination(P＜0.05),and the proportion of TLICS score ≥5 and TLICS score ≥7 in MSCT-MPR examination was significantly higher than that of conventional MSCT examination(P＜0.05).Conclusion:MSCT-MPR for thoracolumbar burst fracture examination can provide clinicians with more comprehensive and detailed reference data and information,and help clinicians to formulate more appropriate and targeted surgical plans for patients.
