摘要
目的:利用胶片方模进行国产IGPS图像引导系统的精确度和稳定性质控的探讨.方法:使用加载IGPS图像引导系统的加速器对胶片方模进行图像引导和模拟治疗,每次质控进行6组胶片方模测试,通过模体内金标图像引导定位误差和胶片的测试值,计算出IGPS系统影像中心和加速器机械中心偏差及补偿值,通过补偿值修正保持IGPS系统的可靠精确性.结果:IGPS图像引导定位值、胶片值及补偿值误差,在L/R、P/A、S/I三个坐标方向均值和中位数值均小于0.5mm.在IGPS图像引导定位金标配准三维综合误差Z1均值和中位数为(0.43±0.22,0.41)mm均小于0.5mm;胶片值三维综合误差Z2均值和中位数为Z2(0.61±0.32,0.56)mm,均小于1mm.补偿值三维综合误差Z3均值和中位数为Z3(0.47±0.31,0.41)mm,均小于0.5mm.结论:通过胶片方模质控验证体现出国产IGPS图像引导系统精确度高稳定性好.
Abstract
Objective:To study the quality control of the accuracy and stability of the domestic IGPS image guidance system by using the film square mold.Methods:The accelerator loaded with the IGPS image guidance system was used to conduct image guidance and simulated treatment on the film square mold.Six groups of film square mold tests were conducted for each quality control.Through the positioning error of the gold standard image guidance in the mold and the test value of the film,the deviation and compensation value of the image center of the IGPS system and the mechanical center of the accelerator were calculated,and the reliability and accuracy of the IGPS system were maintained through the correction of the compensation value.Results:The errors of IGPS image guided localization value,film value and compensation value were less than 0.5 mm in the mean and median values of L/R,P/A and S/I coordinates.In IGPS image-guided positioning gold standard registration,the mean and median of the three-dimensional comprehensive error Z1 are(0.43±0.22,0.41)mm,both less than 0.5mm;The mean and median of the three-dimensional comprehensive error Z2 of film value are Z2(0.61±0.32,0.56)mm,both less than 1mm.The mean and median of the three-dimensional comprehensive error Z3 of the compensation value are Z3(0.47±0.31,0.41)mm,both less than 0.5mm.Conclusion:The quality control verification of film square mold shows that the domestic IGPS image guidance system has high accuracy and good stability.
