产前超声评估脐带螺旋结构的研究进展

摘要
脐带的是连接母体与胎儿的唯一通道,对胎儿的生长发育起着极其重要的作用.脐带螺旋结构是脐带最显著的特征之一,超声检测技术的发展让产前观察脐带螺旋结构成为可能.关于脐带螺旋的产前超声诊断近年来一直有不同声音,其定量评估指标也都处在研究探索节段,其对围生期结局的影响也存在争议.本文就脐带螺旋结构的超声检测及其对围生结局的影响做一综述.
Abstract
The umbilical cord is the only channel connecting the mother and the fetus,which plays an extremely important role in the growth and development of the fetus.The umbilical coiling structure is one of the most prominent features of the umbilical cord,and the development of ultrasonic detection technology has made it possible to observe the umbilical coiling structure before birth.Prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of umbilical cord spirals has been different in recent years,and its quantitative evaluation indicators are also in the exploratory segment,and its impact on perinatal outcomes is also controversial.In this paper,ultrasonic detection of the spiral structure of the umbilical cord and its effect on perinatal outcomes are reviewed.
