摘要

目的:探讨经阴道彩色超声对输卵管妊娠诊断及对患者术后卵巢功能的评估价值.方法:选取2021年10月至2023年10月本院收治的55例输卵管妊娠患者为观察组,以55例宫内妊娠患者为对照组.均接受经阴道彩色超声检查,分析其诊断输卵管妊娠的价值;并利用超声评估患者术后卵巢功能.结果:55例输卵管妊娠患者经阴道超声检查确诊53例(96.36%),其中壶腹部、峡部、间质部妊娠分别为44例、7例、2例;13例为包块型、40例为胚囊型.术后1、3、6个月患侧窦卵泡数目、卵巢体积、PSV均低于健侧(P<0.05).结论:经阴道彩色超声参数诊断输卵管妊娠的价值较高,并且可较好地评估患者术后卵巢功能.

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the value of transvaginal color ultrasound in diagnosis of tubal pregnancy and evaluation of postoperative ovarian function.Methods:55 patients with tubal pregnancy admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the observation group,and 55 patients with intrauterine pregnancy were selected as the control group.The value of transvaginal color ultrasonography in diagnosing tubal pregnancy was analyzed.The postoperative ovarian function was evaluated by ultrasound.Results:Of the 55 patients with tubal pregnancy,53(96.36%)were confirmed by vaginal ultrasonography,of which 44 were ampullary pregnancies,7 were isthmic pregnancies,2 were interstitial pregnancies,13 were mass pregnancies,and 40 were embryo sac pregnancies.The number of sinus follicles,ovarian volume,and PSV on the affected side were lower than those on the healthy side at 1,3,and 6 months after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transvaginal color ultrasound parameters have high value in diagnosing tubal pregnancy and can effectively evaluate postoperative ovarian function in patients.
