摘要
放射科住院医师规范化培训的核心岗位胜任能力是影像诊断思维构建.基于影像诊断病例库,本研究通过模拟多学科协作会诊MDT场景、以案例为基础的教学方法CBL、临床病案和相关问题为基础的教学PBL,引导学员根据临床疾病的基本诊断准则,提出相应的诊断标准及依据,培养住院医师的文献检索能力、阅片能力、语言表达能力和文章写作能力,最终达到提高分析解决临床真实病例的能力.总结这种多元化教学方法,在住院医师放射科规范化培训基本技能训练、影像诊断思维塑造的效果,提升学员临床岗位胜任力、改进住院医师放射科的教学质量.
Abstract
The development of diagnostic thinking in imaging is a fundamental skill that is emphasized in the standardized training program for resident physicians in the field of radiology.Utilizing the imaging diagnosis case library,this study aims to analog a multidisciplinary collaborative consultation scenario within a medical education setting.The instructional approach will incorporate a multi-disciplinary team(MDT),case-based learning(CBL),and problem-based learning(PBL)to enable students in developing diagnostic criteria and fundamental knowledge aligned with clinical disease diagnostics.This pedagogical approach seeks to foster the development of literature retrieval skills,proficiency in film interpretation,language articulation,and scholarly writing abilities among resident physicians,thereby enhancing their capacity to analyze and resolve complex medical problems.We summarize a diverse teaching approach that aims to enhance the clinical competence of residents and improve the teaching quality of radiology for resident physicians.This is achieved through standardized training of basic skills and the cultivation of imaging diagnostic thinking.
