磁敏感加权成像在脑梗塞出血性转化的临床应用价值分析

摘要
目的:分析磁敏感加权成像在脑梗塞出血性转化方面的临床应用价值.方法:2020年2月到2022年2月,收治我院50例脑梗塞出血性转化患者,所有患者均进行常规序列MRI检查、磁敏感加权成像检查,回顾分析脑梗塞出血性转化患者的相关资料.结果:50例脑梗塞出血性转化患者常规MRI诊断准确率为80.00％(40/50)、磁敏感加权成像诊断准确率为100.00％(50/50),磁敏感加权成像对脑梗塞出血性转化不同类型诊断准确率高于常规MRI检查方法(P＜0.05),有统计学意义;磁敏感加权成像对脑梗塞出血性转化发病时间分期诊断准确率高于常规MRI检查方法,有统计学意义(P＜0.05);磁敏感加权成像对脑梗塞出血性转化的病灶大小对应诊断准确率高于常规MRI检查方法(P＜0.05),有统计学意义.结论:磁敏感加权成像在脑梗塞出血性转化的临床应用价值较常规核磁共振诊断价值更高,能够更好地判断病灶大小、发病时间等,有利于更好地指导患者临床治疗.
Abstract
Purpose:By analyzing the clinical application value of susceptibility weighted imaging in the hemorrhagic transformation of cerebral infarction.Methods:the study subjects were admitted:from February 2020 to February 2022.Study subjects were 50 patients with hemorrhagic transformation of cerebral infarction,and all patients underwent conventional serial MRI examination and magnetic susceptibility weighted imaging to retrospectively analyze the relevant data of patients with hemorrhagic transformation of cerebral infarction.Results:The diagnostic accuracy of conventional MRI was 80.00％(40/50)and that of magnetic susceptibility weighted imaging was 100.00％(50/50)in 50 patients with hemorrhagic transformation of cerebral infarction,and the diagnostic accuracy of magnetic susceptibility weighted imaging for different types of hemorrhagic transformation of cerebral infarction was higher than that of conventional MRI examination methods(P＜0.05),which was statistically significant.Magnetic susceptibility weighted imaging was more accurate than conventional MRI examination methods in diagnosing the staging of hemorrhagic transformation time of the cerebral infarction,which was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Magnetic susceptibility weighted imaging was statistically more accurate than conventional MRI examination methods(P＜0.05)in diagnosing the lesion size corresponding to hemorrhagic transformation of cerebral infarction.Conclusion:The clinical application value of magnetic susceptibility weighted imaging in hemorrhagic transformation of cerebral infarction is higher than that of conventional MRI diagnosis,which can better determine the lesion size and onset time,and is conducive to better guiding the clinical treatment of patients.
