摘要
目的:探讨节细胞神经瘤(GN)超声声像图特点,提高超声对其诊断价值.方法:回顾性分析我院2019年6月至2021年6月收治的31例经病理证实为GN患者临床资料,术前均行超声检查,探讨其超声声像图特征.结果:31例GN患者平均年龄(37.52 18.79)岁,所有肿块均单发,其中,肾上腺20例(左侧7例,右侧13例),腹膜后7例,颈部2例,盆腔2例.肿块最大径(2.0～13.0)cm,平均(5.792.75)cm.28例(90.4％)呈低回声,1例(3.2％)呈无回声,2例(6.4％)呈混合回声.28例(90.3％)边界清晰,22例(70.9％)形态规则,肿块全部为乏血供,19例(61.3％)少量血供,12例(38.7％)无血供.9例(29.0％)伴钙化(点状、短条状钙化).11例(35.5％)包绕周围血管生长(颈部血管、下腔静脉、腹主动脉及髂血管).9例(29.0％)呈嵌入式生长.结论:GN生长方式及内部钙化特点有一定特异性,超声可为术前临床诊疗GN提供一定价值.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the ultrasound characteristics of ganglioneuroma(GN)and improve the diagnostic value of ultrasonography.Methods:A retrospective analysis of the clinical data and ultrasonographic features of 31 GN patients confirmed by pathology in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021.All patients underwent ultrasonography before operation,and the characteristics of ultrasonography were discussed.Results:The average age of 31 patients with GN was(37.52±18.79)years.All tumors had single lesions,including 20 cases of adrenal gland(7 cases on the left and 13 cases on the right),7 cases of retroperitoneum,2 cases of neck and 2 case of pelvic cavity.The maximum diameter of the mass was(2.0～13.0)cm and the vertical diameter was(1.3～10.0)cm.28 cases(90.4％)showed low echo,1 case(3.2％)no echo,and 2 cases(6.4％)mixed echo.28 cases(90.3％)had clear boundary,21 cases(67.7％)had regular shape.All the masses were lack of blood supply,19 cases(61.3％)with a small amount of blood supply,12 cases(38.7％)no blood supply.9cases(29.0％)were accompanied by calcification(punctate and short strip calcification).11 cases(35.5％)grew around peripheral blood vessels(cervical vessels,inferior vena cava,abdominal aorta and iliac vessels).9 cases(29.0％)showed embedded growth.Conclusion:The growth pattern and internal calcification characteristics of GN are specific.Ultrasound can provide some value for preoperative clinical diagnosis and treatment of GN.
