Exploration and Teaching Practice of Ideological and Political Construction of the Course Introduction to Food Processing Technology
The main goal of curriculum construction is to provide ideological and political education through the courses.To achieve this,we have explored the ideological and political elements related to the course"Introduction to Food Processing Technology"from the perspectives of traditional food culture,food safety responsibilities,food process-ing status,etc.We have designed a teaching method that involves pre-class preparation,in-class discussion,and post-class consolidation,to cultivate new food industry talents who can adapt to the development of the new era in multiple dimensions.We have also reformed the teaching evaluation by combining the four aspects of process,ability,quality,and ideological and political aspects,hoping to offer some reference for the reform of ideological and political teaching in other food-related professional courses.
