基于Aspen EDR的换热器原理及设计课程教学改革研究

换热器作为工业生产过程中的加热器、冷却器、冷凝器、蒸发器和再沸器等,被广泛应用于石油化工、供热发电、食品加工等众多领域。针对高校换热器原理及设计课程教学及实践中存在的主要问题,建设性地将Aspen EDR软件引入教学、实验、作业、课程等各个环节,以一种全新的教学方法和理念,将枯燥的理论知识传授转变为学生可以自主设计、实验、模拟及实践的趣味性学习平台,让学生在沉浸式的学习氛围中掌握理论知识、实验方法、设计原理、软件模拟和工业应用,从而提高课程的教育教学质量。
Research on Course Teaching Reformation of Heat Exchanger Principle and Design based on Aspen EDR
Heat exchanger,as a heater,cooler,condenser,evaporator and reboiler in the industrial production process,is widely used in petrochemical industry,heating power generation,food processing and other fields.Aiming at the main problems existing in the teaching and practice of the course"Principle and Design of Heat exchangers"in colleges and universities,Aspen EDR software was constructively introduced into all aspects of teaching,experiment,homework,curriculum and graduation design with a new teaching method and concept in this paper.It will transform the boring teaching of theoretical knowledge into an interesting learning platform where students can design,experiment,simulate and practice independently,so that students can master theoretical knowledge,experimental methods,design principles,software simulation and industrial applications in an immersive learning atmosphere,thus improving the quality of education and teaching of courses.
