高速精密电主轴静压滑动轴承设计及性能分析

现阶段,为充分满足高速精密电主轴静压滑动轴承的性能要求,在了解电主轴静压滑动轴承设计需求的基础上,详细分析其设计方案.通过ANSYS建模分析方法研究电主轴静压滑动轴承的性能网格划分及参数调整方案,并对改进后的电主轴谐波响应情况展开评价.由电主轴静压滑动轴承的现场测试结果可知,文章所介绍的轴承设计在技术上具有可行性,并且可以保证轴承的水平与垂直方向的刚度变化,值得推广应用.
Design and Performance Analysis of Hydrostatic Sliding Bearing for High Speed and Precision Electric Spindle
At present,in order to fully meet the performance requirements of high-speed precision motorized spindle hydrostatic plain bearings,the design scheme is analyzed in detail on the basis of understanding the design requirements of hydrostatic plain bearings of motorized spindle.The performance grid division and parameter adjustment scheme of electrospindle hydrostatic plain bearing are studied by ANSYS modeling and analysis method,and the harmonic response of the improved electrospindle is evaluated.According to the field test results of electrospindle hydrostatic plain bearings,the bearing design introduced in this paper is technically feasible,and can ensure the horizontal and vertical stiffness changes of bearings,and is worthy of popularization and application.
