火电厂汽轮机振动故障和诊断技术研究

作为火电厂正常发电的重要设备,汽轮机长时间运行可能会引发关键部位磨损,进而造成故障问题.振动故障的发生频率相对较高,且容易对设备稳定性造成影响,应及时进行故障排查.基于此,以某火电厂为例,对汽轮机进行振动故障诊断,分别从油膜振荡故障、动静摩擦振动、转子故障振动和汽流激振故障等角度出发分析故障状态,探究诊断振动故障的技术举措,以期提高汽轮机维修效率,保障生产安全.
Research on Vibration Fault and Diagnosis Technology of Steam Turbine in Thermal Power Plant
As an important equipment for normal power generation in thermal power plants,turbine running for a long time may cause wear of key parts,and then cause trouble.The frequency of vibration faults is relatively high,and it is easy to affect the stability of the equipment.Therefore,troubleshooting should be carried out in time.Based on this,taking a thermal power plant as an example,the vibration fault diagnosis of steam turbine was carried out,and the fault states were analyzed from the perspectives of oil film vibration fault,static and static friction vibration,rotor fault vibration and steam flow excited vibration fault,and the technical measures for vibration fault diagnosis were explored,in order to improve the maintenance efficiency of steam turbine and ensure production safety.
